My team and I at Berkeley Innovation conducted user research with secondary school students and educators, compiling detailed reports to capture key insights and pain points. Based on our findings, we developed clear requirements for new features as well as improvements to existing functionalities. We also designed mockups and high-fidelity prototypes for all relevant student and educator flows to help bring these solutions to life.
