Behavioral Assessment Platform 

Drawing on insights from our preliminary research and interview groups, we designed a high-fidelity prototype of the PEM platform tailored to potential healthcare employees taking the assessment. 

To support applicants, we made sure they could reselect their answer within each question, giving them flexibility to adjust their responses. At the same time, to keep the process fair and consistent, we ensured that once they moved to the next question, they wouldn’t be able to go back.







Applicant Score Dashboard 

One key feature we focused on was the applicant score panel, which gives admins a clear overview of potential employees. From the dashboard, they can easily access each applicant’s holistic score along with other relevant hiring logistics.

Our design decisions were driven by the needs of hiring managers — prioritizing clear organization and visibility into the relationship between scores and hiring outcomes. Every element was designed to streamline the hiring process and help managers make informed, efficient decisions.






Behavioral Assessment Results 

From the admin’s perspective, clicking ‘See More’ on an applicant’s profile redirects them to a detailed results page. Applicants can also access their own results directly from their profile.

This page provides a comprehensive breakdown of the applicant’s performance, including visual insights into their strongest and weakest areas. Based on these results, applicants can be matched to roles that align with employer needs, along with personalized suggestions for where Una believes they would be the best fit. Additionally, the page includes a detailed explanation of the applicant’s score — outlining how it was calculated and offering insights into areas for improvement.
