Our redesign of the product’s webpage displays a more trustworthy, innovative product that encourages users to engage with content and potentially purchase Home Awareness. When one is presented with a bright, secure product, they walk away with a positive impression — sparking an interest that will lead them to further pursue interaction.
In order to bridge the emotional and educational gap customers have with Home Awareness, our team realized a website makeover was long overdue. By reorganizing the informational hierarchy from the original site and incorporating Verizon‘s design system to build closer brand connection, Home Awareness thus became more integrated in the company’s technology suite.
