03 Case Study
As someone who came into this project without extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, it was an incredible opportunity to explore the crossovers between technology and health services. I really appreciated the chance to approach design from a new perspective, one that centers the needs of healthcare workers who deserve the best tools to do their jobs efficiently and with care.
Working in this unfamiliar space pushed me to grow, not just as a designer, but in empathy as well. Speaking with medical professionals gave me a deeper appreciation for the thoughtful, deliberate process behind hiring in healthcare, all in service of delivering the best possible care to patients. That insight fueled my own motivation to design meaningful, supportive tools for them.
Thank you to Ron and Leslie at UNA Health for their time and input throughout the project. They wove together amazing, true testimonies for the assessment we were working on to show the significance of this tool in the healthcare space.
